What am I voting on this November?

On November 2nd, NYC will hold a General election for local offices including Mayor, Public Advocate, Comptroller, Borough President, City Council, and District Attorney. 

Where do I vote?

At your assigned poll site on Election Day, your assigned early voting site, or at home with an absentee ballot. Learn how to vote.

Will this election use Ranked Choice Voting?

No. NYC is only using Ranked Choice Voting in primary and special elections for city offices. November 2nd is a general election where you can choose just one candidate for each office. Learn about Ranked Choice Voting.
